어반브릭스URBANBRICKS는 복합개발로서의 커뮤니티Community라는 목표를 구현하는 데에 초점을 맞추고 있다.
상업, 주거, 업무 등 다양한 성격의 시설들이 공존한다는 사실에서 출발하여, 이 모든 다양성이 통합되고 더 나아가 외부의 환경과도 전체적인 상생을 이룰 수 있도록 노력했다.
이러한 통합을 위해 센터가든Center Garden이라는 자연요소를 중심으로, 다양한 프로그램과 공간들을 그 주변에 합리적으로 배치함으로써, 자연환경과의 연계뿐만 아니라 각 공간 상호간에도 새로운 커뮤니티가 형성될 수 있도록 계획하였다.
URBANBRICKS is a true mixed-use development in that it strives to generate one things : community.
We began with a brief of collection of individuals(retail tenants, office-tel residents, and office tenants) and strove to create a wholistic development that tied these individuals together, as well as the surrounding area.
Utilizing the center garden as a unifying element, the various programs and spaces were arranged in meaningful ways around this celebrated space, connecting individuals not only with nature, but with each other.
